How To Book
To inquire about hosting a birthday party or special event at LaunchPad, please email info@launchpadmarin.com with the following information:
Name of the person or group being celebrated
Age of Person we are celebrating
Type of celebration (e.g., birthday, graduation, team party)
Preferred date, time, and duration(how long 1.5 or 2 hours)
Estimated number of guests (Guest list to be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to event)
Party Booking Type (e.g., Ultimate LaunchPad Takeover, All-Star, Rookie… please include any add-ons) *all party options are detailed below
A team member will respond shortly to confirm availability and finalize your reservation.
Please note that reservations book 4-6 weeks out and are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

LaunchLounge Celebration Upgrade
Create the perfect space to celebrate!
Upgrade your LaunchPad party with exclusive access to the private LaunchLounge — a dedicated celebration area where your guests can enjoy food, presents, decorations, and time together between activities.
The LaunchLounge includes (2) picnic tables and gives your group a private space to set up your celebration and make your party experience even more comfortable and organized.
LaunchLounge Upgrade Includes:
• Exclusive use of the private LaunchLounge during your reserved party time
• (2) picnic tables for food, gifts, and decorations
• A dedicated celebration area for your guests
Pricing:
• 1.5 Hour LaunchLounge Upgrade: $50
• 2 Hour LaunchLounge Upgrade: $75
Please Note:
The LaunchLounge Celebration Upgrade includes access to the private lounge space only and does not include the LaunchZone HitTrax Entertainment Suite.
If you are interested in the full LaunchZone experience featuring interactive gaming, competition, and the HitTrax Entertainment Suite, please book the corresponding LaunchZone Party Package.
Food & Setup Policy
If you plan to provide food or treats, we kindly ask that no food or beverages be brought onto the turf areas.
Food, drinks, decorations, and presents must be enjoyed and set up within your reserved party time. Early arrival or additional time after your reservation is not available.
If you would like additional time before your guests arrive to set up, please add that time to your reservation request.
Please note that the soccer facility next door is a separate business and cannot be used as part of your LaunchPad party reservation.

Birthday Party Booking & Payment Policy
To reserve your LaunchPad birthday party, a $125 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 8 hours prior to the scheduled party time.
All payments are processed securely through Swift booking software, and payments are not accepted in person at the facility.
Cancellation Policy
The $125 deposit is non-refundable.
If you need to change your party date, LaunchPad offers a one-time reschedule credit under the following conditions:
• Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled party time
• The rescheduled party must take place within 90 days of the original party date
• Only one reschedule is permitted per booking
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the party are not eligible for a reschedule credit and if cancellation takes place within 8 hours of the scheduled party all funds will be non-refundable, as staffing and facility time have already been reserved.
