Cage 4 - Single Lane Party

Your celebration can include:

Your celebration includes all activities from the Cage 4 Single Lane Party, expanded into two cages to provide more space for guests and keep the energy of the party going.

Full Facility -Wiffle Ball Party – After Hours Exclusive

Looking for something even more unique? Host a Wiffle Ball Party after business hours (5:00 PM and later on weekends).

  • $350/hour for up to 20 participants

  • $400/hour for more than 20 participants

  • Available for 2 Hour bookings

  • Include additional activities such as HitTrax, full-scale dodgeball and more

  • Name of the person or group being celebrated and age of group

  • Type of celebration (e.g., birthday, graduation, team party)

  • Preferred date, time, and duration

  • Estimated number of guests

  • Party Booking Type (Cage 4, Cage 3&4, Full Facility)

A team member will respond shortly to confirm availability and finalize your reservation.

Please note that reservations book 4-6 weeks out and are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

Birthday Party Booking & Payment Policy

To reserve your LaunchPad birthday party, a $125 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 8 hours prior to the scheduled party time.

All payments are processed securely through Swift booking software, and payments are not accepted in person at the facility.

Cancellation Policy

The $125 deposit is non-refundable.

If you need to change your party date, LaunchPad offers a one-time reschedule credit under the following conditions:

• Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled party time
 • The rescheduled party must take place within 90 days of the original party date
 • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the party are not eligible for a reschedule credit and if cancellation takes place within 8 hours of the scheduled party all funds will be non-refundable, as staffing and facility time have already been reserved.

Full Facility Wiffle Ball parties are hosted on Friday, Saturday or Sunday evening after business hours utilizing Cages 1-4

FAQs

    • Cage 4 (3&4) Parties: Can be booked for 1–2 hours (most groups choose 2 hours).

    • Wiffle Ball Parties: Can be booked for 1.5 hours - 2 hours.
      👉 A typical party runs about 2 hours.

  • We adjust the activities to fit your group size, time booked, and group’s preferences upon arrival and as the event goes on. On average:

    • Most games run 30–40 minutes.

    • More participants (such as in a HitTrax tournament) may require shorter games or fewer innings.

    Sample 2-Hour Party Flow:

    • 10–15 min: Arrival, check-in, team selection, warm-up activity

    • 40 min: HitTrax game

    • 20 min: Break for food/beverages

    • 40–45 min: Dodgeball, Pitching Challenge, or another activity

  • We’ll customize the night based on your group’s size and activities. On average:

    • Games run 30–40 minutes.

    • Larger groups can run two HitTrax tunnels to keep everyone engaged.

    Sample After Hours Party Flow:

    • 10–15 min: Arrival, check-in, team setup

    • 40 min: HitTrax game

    • 20 min: Break for food/beverages

    • 40–45 min: Dodgeball or Capture the Flag

    • 30–40 min: Full-scale Wiffle Ball (with foul poles, HR lines & scoreboard!)

  • Food and beverages are not allowed on the turf.

    • We provide folding tables just outside the front door during warmer weather and just inside near the front desk during the winter months.

    • Most 2-hour parties bring pizza and a treat (cake, cupcakes, etc.). Some groups choose to save treats for the end.

    • We are not affiliated with the soccer facility next door. We cannot use their tables. This would require a separate rental directly with their facility.

    • Food and Beverage time is part of your reserved time and up to you to decide when you would like to offer the food/beverage break during your reservation - just let your host know upon arrival so they can plan accordingly.

    After Hours Party

    • Exclusive use of the entire facility

    • Both HitTrax simulators for large groups

    • Open space for full-scale games (Dodgeball, Capture the Flag, Wiffle Ball, etc.)

    • Two dedicated party hosts

    • Use of facility helmets and bats (bring your own gear for HitTrax; please do not bring outside Wiffle Ball bats)

    • Please have guests arrive in comfortable clothes and shoes to move around in. NO CLEATS

    • We encourage your guests to bring their own bats and helmets for the HitTrax portion of the party, however, we have both bats and helmets at the facility for your guests to use.

    • YES!

    • Upon booking we will send you a link to Swift where we ask you to send to your guests.

    • Each minor participant MUST have their own profile under their parent account.

    • When an account is created, you digitally sign the waiver as part of the set up. No other action is needed.

    • Guests without waivers will not be able to participate due to our insurance policy.

    • We will ask for a guest list the week of your party so we can verify all names ahead of time to expedite check-in.
